Brief Introduction
Fangsheng PC Technique Co., Ltd.(briefly Fangsheng) is a high-technology researching and developing company, Specially deal with the technique of pulverized coal injection(PCI), engineering plastic and BF inner lining material. We provide a serial services of pulverized coal injection, include design, construction, installation, commission, training, start and up to production. Pulverized coal injection is a technique to partly raplace the expensive coke with cheaper pulverized coal, accordingly to reduce the coke rate and the cost of iron. It can also provide a powerful method to regulate BF operation from lower part.. It can adjust the thermal condition of both the bosh and the hearth. It can fit a higher blast temperature and oxygen-enriched coal injection. Therefore, whether using pulverized coal injection or how much it can inject is now a main index for BF.
   While researching on advanced technique of PCI, Fangsheng pays more attention to the research and development of practical technique. On the basis of optimizing PCI technique of both China and overseas, Fangsheng has developed a series of most economical PCI process and investment to meet the random-assembled needs of 128M3,179M3,208 M3,300M3,450M3,1080M3 and even bigger BF. Meanwhile, Fangsheng has developed and manufactured a series of economical high-tech PCI equipments. These equipments has triumphantly used in PCI engineering in a dozen of I&S companyes.
Achievement
1. In Jan of 2004, Fangsheng was in charge of general design and technique support for 2 BFs with volumn 179 M3 and 300 M3 of Zhongjia I&S company in Wuyang city, Henan Province. This project was finished and put into production on 8th of Oct., 2004.
2. In July of 2004, Fangsheng was in charge of general design and technique support  for 4 sets of 128 M3 of Jinyuan I &S and Zhenxin I&S, Licheng county, Shanxi. This project was finishend and put into production on 20th of Dec., 2004.
3. In July of 2004, Fangsheng was in charge of general design, technique support and whole-contract with autocontrol system for 2 sets of 128 M3 BF of Changning I&S company, Shanxi. This project was finished and put into production on  31st of Dec., 2004.
4. In Aug of 2004, Fangsheng was in charge of general design, technique support and whole-contract with autocontro system for 2 sets of 55 M3, 2 sets of 128 M3 and 2 sets of 208 M3 of Changxin I&S, Changzhi city, Shanxi. This project was finished and put into production on 20th of Mar., 2004
5. In Feb of  2005, Fangsheng was in charge of general design, technique support for 2 sets of 158 M3 of Liheng I&S of Shanxi. This project was finished and put in to production on 18th of Jun, 2005.
6. In Mar of 2005, Fangsheng provided a whole-contract service of design, construction, installation and commissioning for a 158 M3 BF of Liugou I&S company of Shanxi. This project was finished and put into use on 30th of Jun, 2005. 
7. In May of 2005, Fangsheng was in charge of general design, technique support and whole-contract with autocontrol system for 2 sets of 128 M3 of Chunfeng Casting Co., Ltd., Jizhou city, Hebei. This project was finished and put into production on 18th of Oct, 2005.
8. In July of 2005, Fangsheng was in charge of general design for 1set of 179 M3 and 1set of 230 M3 of Jinyun I&S of Shanxi. This project is now in its installation.
9. In Sep of 2005, Fangsheng was in charge of general design and technique support for a 128 M3BF of Changning I&S company(2nd step of the project), Shanxi. This project will reach a longer distance of 1850 m for PC transportation.
10. In Apr of 2005, Fangsheng signed a contract to help Zhongyang I&S company to put its PCI project of 2 sets of 380 M3 into production. The process was well-ordered and successful.
11. on 18th of Oct of 2005, Fangsheng signed a contract to help Changping I&S company put into use of its PCI project of  it’s 380 M3 BF. The process was well-ordered and successful.
12. In Feb of 2005, Fangsheng signed a contract with Zhongjia I&S company in Wuyang city for the general design of its 10 M2 pellet Shaft furnace. This project is now in installation.
13. In July of 2006, Fangsheng was in charge of general design, technique support and whole-contract with autocontrol system for 2 sets of 128 M3 BF of guanghua I&S company, Shanxi. This project was finished and put into production on  20st of Oct, 2006.
